Defective / Wrong Items Received:
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. A replacement item will be issued or in the case of unavailability, an exchange or refund will be made. Any postage charges made will also be reimbursed, including postage charges for returning the item. SingPost & POS postages only, regardless of carriers used.
Other Returns & Exchanges:
Sale items are not applicable. Items can be exchanged for another size or design, or refunded in the form of store credits (equivalent to amount paid for the item). Any postage charges made, including postage charges for returning the item will not be reimbursed.
Terms & Conditions:
► Must be unwashed and unworn, with all tags and labels intact.
► Must be informed within 2 days upon receiving the item.
► Must be returned within 5 business days upon our acknowledgement and confirmation.
► Return via POS Laju (Malaysia) / Registered Mail (Singapore) is strongly recommended. Foxy Kidz will not be responsible for any lost Regular mails.
► Replacement items may be ordered only upon receipt of returned item.
For store credits, the equivalent value must be used within 3 months from the date that we had acknowledged and confirmed the receipt of the returned item that fulfills the terms stated above. It will then be shipped out via Regular Mail (free).
Foxy Kidz will not be responsible for any lost mails hence upgrade to registered mails are strongly recommended. If you would like us to send the replacement item via POS Laju (Malaysia) / Registered Mail (Singapore), a top up will be required.
► Returns & exchanged items (which does not include returns for wrong / defective items) can only be made once. The replaced or store credited item cannot be returned & exchanged again.
